David Sonnenberg, P.E.
Mr. Sonnenberg obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and his Master of Science degree from Wayne State University, both in the field of civil engineering. He is a licensed engineer in the state of Michigan and a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).
Mr. Sonnenberg was the Director of Traffic Engineering for the Ingham County Road Commission (ICRC) for over 19 years. He was responsible for the maintenance of 67 traffic signals, including studies, evaluation, and a yearly addition of 1-2 new traffic signals. For TEA, Mr. Sonnenberg is responsible for conducting traffic engineering studies, reviewing work completed by other engineers, and coordinating traffic surveys and technicians. He has extensive experience with Synchro and TEAPAC software.
Heather Zull, P.E.
Ms. Zull obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at Michigan State University, both in the field of Civil Engineering. She is a licensed engineer in the state of Michigan and a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).
Ms. Zull has been working with Traffic Engineering Associates, Inc. specializing in traffic operations studies, safety studies, traffic signal studies, and traffic surveys. She is responsible for conducting traffic engineering studies, reviewing work completed by other engineers, coordinating traffic surveys and organizing traffic technicians. Ms. Zull has extensive training on Microstation, AutoCAD and the traffic modeling softwares Synchro and HCS. She also has a roadway design background and has experience using Inroads and Geopak.
